Money return & product replacement process
REPLACEMENT:
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days and request its replacement with another size or another product, as long as the product is in excellent condition received and with all the certificates of authenticity that came with it. The return costs are payed by the one who makes the return for the return but also for the receipt of the new product!
CANCELLATION OF ORDER - REFUND OF MONEY:
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
1) Before sending the product via email or by phone to 2641022286
2) After receiving the product, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the refund, the product must be in the excellent condition received, without damage and without missing the accompanying receipts, within its original packaging. Once returned and checked by the competent department, your money will be refunded in 3-4 working days and the customer will be charged the shipping costs for the return of the product.
3) Refunds are not made on products that are in special promotions eg Black Friday - Cyber Monday.
4) In orders under 50€ that have been paid shipping and cash on delivery are not refundable, only the amount of the product is refunded.
5) No changes are made to the contact lenses.
6) No changes or teturns are made for glasses on which lenses have been placed.
7) No changes are made to products that have been specially ordered by the manufacturer upon your request.
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made. In case of cash on delivery, you are required to inform us with one of your bank accounts (name of the beneficiary, bank, IBAN account), in order for us to deposit the amount. A refund is available on the page codes immediately available.
